Privacy Architecture

This notice explains what information WyseFunding collects during a commercial financing inquiry, how it is used, and the controls that protect it.

Last updated January 2, 2026

What we collect

Business identifiers: legal entity name, DBA, federal EIN, entity type, industry, and physical address.

Contact details for the authorized officer: name, corporate title, business email, and direct phone number.

Commercial financial data: average monthly revenue, average bank balance, existing commercial debt, and read-only business banking activity when you authorize a bank connection.

We do not request Social Security numbers to prequalify a commercial facility.

How we use it

Information is used to underwrite your facility, verify entity registration and deposits, assign an advisor, and communicate indicative and final terms. We do not sell applicant data.

Credit review at the prequalification stage is a soft commercial inquiry and does not affect the personal credit score of any owner.

Banking connectivity

Bank connections are established through read-only aggregation bridges. WyseFunding cannot initiate transfers, modify account permissions, or store online banking credentials. You may instead upload PDF statements.

Retention and security

Application data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Access is limited to underwriting and advisory staff with a business need. Records are retained as required by lending, tax, and anti-money-laundering rules.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete information held about your business, or to withdraw a banking authorization, contact [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
